Can BookOS run multiple salon locations under one group?
Yes. BookOS is built for multi-location salon operations. Each site keeps its own calendar, staff, and services, while owners and area managers get group-level reporting to compare performance site by site. Adding a new or acquired location uses the same setup, so standards and processes stay consistent as the group grows.
Can we migrate our existing client list and booking history?
Yes, both. Send us your client list and booking history from your old system, whether that’s Square, Fresha, Treatwell or a spreadsheet, and we move them over with you before you go live. Every past and upcoming appointment lands on the right stylist and service, so your regulars are regulars from day one. Tell us what you’re moving from and we’ll confirm exactly what comes across.
Can staff and managers have different access at each location?
Yes. Receptionists see the diary, stylists see their own day, managers see the numbers. If you have more than one salon, a manager only sees their own. And you can always see who changed what.
Is our client data secure and GDPR-compliant across the group?
Yes. Your client list stays in Europe and no other salon can ever see it. We never sell, share or market to your clients, and you can download your list any time.
How does pricing work across several locations?
One subscription covers your first two salons. Adding more is a simple extra, not a new contract. See pricing, or ask us for a quote.
Will online booking reduce no-shows across our sites?
Every client gets a friendly text and email the day before. You can also ask for a card when they book, so a no-show isn’t a free chair. Nothing is charged unless they don’t turn up.
Are we locked in, and can we leave with our data?
No. Pay month to month and cancel whenever you like. If you ever leave, you take your clients and history with you.
Does BookOS support retail and product sales?
Yes. You can sell retail, gift cards, and packages through an integrated webshop, so product revenue sits alongside your services in one system, with consistent products and pricing across every location.
